Beautiful November Day
Well, Friday was such a beautiful day that I took the afternoon off to go paddling. I just did my routine trip around La Framboise Island. The wind was calm and the temperature was in the mid 70s F. I covered the 5.75 miles in an hour and a half, averaging just under 4 mile per hour. Some pictures from the cruise:![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjo2Mcm8HxfEDnovj_eOOVgoyCdVp4cfHSCVO9fLW7YbeHeyb_SH9rtLJYrcRpCaagPQhQ9qR4btxIH-k3KCwa06y7CoXfaad27qADBG7vHyxMcnowXv5_7wiRnJ_BKD0wSIzV0ZD1pE6J8/s400/IMG_5858.JPG)
The water was very low. ![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirq2dFGFyqDzmucgWix_Yrt7GNboUkBvWBMV00mNpv-hkB7xPmE5PYWcpckUxM86GA-G6JYeLQr_xx5e3tFeQ2Hkgf_YMbWx-I3DdOmIJ57V2vNJA9K5-AGxN9hTVJwodT5pC8cDB4rn5P/s400/IMG_5859.JPG)

What a great cruise for this time of the year, Pat. You certainly make the most of living on the Missouri River!
